Installation could be tricky depending on your situation
Installation on this is a bit tricky if your junction box does not hold strongly in place. There is insulation in the base where it is flush mounted and it makes it very difficult to route the mounting screws into the box. In my case, the box would push up a bit so I had to wedge a shim in there to keep the cross plate in place while mounting, and then because of the location (over the kitchen sink) it was very difficult to actually get to tightening the screws. Just beware that it's not as easy as some of these flush mounted LED lights.

Very basic, literally a tube attached to ceiling.
Very basic, literally a tube attached to ceiling. Good for anywhere light is needed but the fixture cannot be seen. There is quite a bit of glare when standing directly underneath the tube, so a diffuser would be great and I'm thinking about making one.
