National Hardware N280-032 V7602 Long Stem Heavy Duty Rollers in Plain Steel, 1-7/8" roller, 7-9/16" stem, 7/16" shaft

Not as advertised. Stems are 6-7/8 inch long when measured from the inside of the roller. They are advertised and marked on the package as 7-9/16”. These won’t fit the double brackets I have on my wind load rated door, about an 1/8th inch short of flush, and I need them to stick out past flush at least half inch. These would work IF the were as long as they claim they are. One star for the misleading advertising and package marking. If you want 6-7/8” stems, then these will work, but they are not 7-9/16”. I called the manufacturer, and they didn’t have a clue as to why 6-7/8” wouldn’t work even though the packaging claims 7-9/16”.

I needed to replace an improperly installed garage door roller with one that has the proper long stem axle. This one fits the bill! Well built, good looking, top flight replacement part.

These solved our problem of the garage door falling off track.

The extra long shafts saved my life. No door repair folks could come for over a week. The long wheels let me still use the door until it was repaired.

Needed the extra long rod, which I have learned is difficult to find in a local store. This came as described and worked perfectly.

I replaced one of the standard length stems on my garage door twice--including the hinge--but this one roller insisted on slipping out of the track after awhile. I put this in--problem solved. No way is it slipping out of the track again. Highly recommended for problematic garage doors and tracks where you have one or more roller slipping out.

Old 4 inch rollers kept popping out so I had no choice but replace them with longer. Had to cut off 1 inch on one side because of proximity to the wall.

Works as one would expect, good quality.
