In short, this was exactly what I was looking for and I can finally finish my project without swapping out batteries.I had found a Panasonic camcorder that plays VHSC and is compatible with a A/V out kit that I use to convert to a digital format on my PC. However I could only use my existing A/C adaptor for recharging an old battery with about 10 minutes of charge. This cable perfectly fit the DC out and the camera DC in.

Exact replacement for very old c-vhs camcorder
I've been copying old VHS tapes to DVDs recently and needed a cable that got lost from my old Panasonic C-VHS camcorder. I thought I was out of luck, since the camcorder is probably 15 years old, but I tried Amazon anyhow and found this cable. It fits perfectly and works great.
