Dieses Buch ist ein must have für jeden Koch. Die Rezepte sind wirklich genau dokumentiert und auch super detailliert. Die Geschichten zwischen, beziehungsweise zu den Rezepten und Gerichten sind sehr spannend und toll geschrieben, fast fesselnd. 10/10
