Clean, effective creatine that fits easily into my routine
I’ve been taking creatine consistently for a while now and decided to try AminoLean’s version after seeing it recommended for women specifically. Really happy with this one. It mixes well, doesn’t have a chalky texture, and I haven’t experienced any bloating, which can be a concern with some creatine products. It does work.
Great stuff! I’ve been taking it for over a month now and I’m feeling it in my muscles. It’s great to take before workouts and I’m including outside work as well. Like gardening etc.

Difficult to mix
The product is good, I’ve bought it several times and notice that the first few days it mixes well, but then it starts capturing moisture and becomes hard to mix, not even when put on a blender.
