Dear customer, this mug is made in China. Our design team is from America. Our company is a professional factory with many years' experience in manufacturing and supplying various kinds of stoneware, such as tea sets, coffee sets, bowls, mugs, cups and saucers.

Where are these mugs made?

From what I can find, these cups are made in China. I m not happy with this information but I will admit that I love this product and use it every day. It is dishwasher safe and microwaveable. I would buy it again.

Are these mugs hand made? And where are they made?

Sorry I don’t know the answers but we bought 4 mugs and we are enjoying using them. Besides they are beautiful, they keep the hot water hot longer than our other mugs.

The mug i received has a flaw in the glaze. is this common? will bosmarlin replace it?
