Loving the Skin I’m In!
I’ve been taking them for a while and I can see the difference. My skin, hair, and nails are growing and look great. This product is effective and worth the money. I don’t have any digestion problems or issues with the taste. They seem to dissolve pretty fast. I usually take I. The early morning before leaving for work. I will keep buying as the quantity is sufficient for the price.

Effective for knees, nails
I found it effective for greatly reducing knee pain. Took several weeks to take effect. Also strengthened my finger nails, so they snap when cut.
