I received my long anticipated freezer on October 30, 2025. It has proved to be everything I had hope for. Plenty of room, great value for the price. Smooth running but a little loud when the fan kicks on, but that’s not a problem. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and very pleased that the company reached out to see if everything was ok and I have never had a company do that before.

just under 1 year and I went to get some meat and it had all thawed out. Power still on, just not cold. revising to 1 star.

I bought this freezer to use for my mobile food business and it has been absolutely incredible for me. It stays ice cold, at a whopping 20 below 0 on just the standard setting, and has never once given me an issue, especially being that it’s getting power from my inverter/truck battery. I couldn’t recommend this freezer more, and other contractors in my company have ordered these as well thanks to my success with it. Will definitely buy again!

Worked out so good that I bought another one. Huge and holds a lot of ice cream.

So far... Woks as advertised. It's operating fine in ambient cool Spring temps; will see how things go in our brief Northern Summer. Protected interior compartment floor with cardboard. Dropped pliers and minor dent in bottom of freezer. Adjustable length hanging bins really make life easier to keep rotating frozen foods; use bins underneath to store more. Purchased extended warranty.If it operates long term, I'd buy again.

This is an awesome freezer! It is exactly what we need to preserve food for our community outreach center. It has plenty of storage on both sides and the quality is top notch. Also, the price was competitive making this an overall great purchase!

I bought this a while ago and plugged it in and put some frozen steaks in it thinking it would freeze before they thawed. Nope. Ruined $350 worth of steaks as the freezer never got cold at all. I played the the knob on the front turning it to 11, still nothing. I come here to find it’s been too long to do anything about and I’m pissed. This freezer is garbage!
