I have 2 sets of Bluetooth headphones, can they both be paired with this at the same time? i can't get any of them to pair with it.

Dear friend, It's a receiver not a transmitter, so the headphones won't pair with it. You can get some device without bluetooth function such as wired headphone or speaker, and then connect it to this device to have bluetooth function, then you can pair with your phone or other bluetooth device. Best regards, Mandy

Does this work with a AV Yamaha receiver struggling to find where it plugs in ?

The receiver would need to have a 3.5mm headphone or aux socket

Will this device work with Sonos 5 speaker?

Dear customer, If your Sonos 5 speaker has an aux port and does not have bluetooth function, I can say yes. Best regard, Mandy

Can people hear you well if using this to make calls?

Hello friend, thanks for your question! If you slide your phone to answer a call, the smartphone will default to using the phone's mic instead of the Bluetooth receiver's mic for calling. The people on the other side may not hear the voice. I suggest to answer the calls by pressing the Multifunction Button of this device. If you prefer sliding to answer a call, please select J22 in the audio list of the answering interface. Here's a short how-to video. Hope it could help you! Thanks Best regards, Mandy
