Chrome on everything this is beautiful professional chrome very visible. Very durable does not scratch and it bends EZ. You just got to warm it up a little bit and it’s easy to install.

Bought this in 2019, so this will be a 6 year in use review.It has stayed on the vehicle just fine, prevents minor door dings(wish other people cared like I do) and looks nice. The only issue I have is that about a year ago the adhesive started coming out from under it, and this year it has been melting in the sun and coming off on hands if you close the door by the edge. Needs to be pushed back on as well when that happens.Aside from that it does the job, and I cant expect cheap adhesive to last much more than 6 years haha

The look these edge trim kits give any vehicle really puts a finishing touch on your ride. I had bought only enough to do my driver's and passenger side doors before and the 2 back doors just felt so naked and unattractive. I purchased this 18" roll of trim and I had enough to not only complete the 2 back doors, but I also was able to accent the front grill and the bottom of my trunk. No problems at all and they even stayed perfectly in place getting my car washed the day after installation. I only gave this a 4 star review because the trim was not able to mold from the bottom of my trunk lid up to the sides. Very good product nonetheless and I would for sure recommend it to anyone that has an older car especially cause it really does make a difference.

Applied easily. Very smooth and straight. I’m using it indoors so I don’t know how the glue would hold up in the heat. Would buy again!

Update: The 2" trim was coming off at one of the ends. I contacted Cowles and without hesitation they replaced the product, so I am giving 5 stars to all 3 products.Original: I purchased Cowles 2", 1/2 inch and edge guard. The last 2 get 5 stars, but the 2 inch is NOT the same as the others.All 3 products are excellent and they revived my old SUV. It is relative easy to apply, but be careful measuring.The 3M adhesive does not cover the whole width of the 2 inches, but it has two narrow stripes on each end of the 2 inches. The problem comes when you apply pressure can create dents in the middle and may not hold as well.

These suck. I see lots of positive reviews so to be fair maybe I did something wrong. They wouldn't hold on and yes I thoroughly cleaned the edges of the doors. They did look nice when they were on there but they feel cheap (because they are). It's just some cheap plastic that bends but is not really flexible. Just got my package of a different brand delivered today and immediately felt the difference. The new ones I received today are definitely premium and the roll was heavy.
