My initial thoughts were not great. When first taking it out of the box, it just seems so flimsy. Attempting to check the clasp, when it's not connected to a controller, just doesn't work; it won't stay connected. However, this all changes when you attach it to the controller. The fit is very tight and there is no movement at all, even when using quite a big phone (Oppo Find X3 Lite). I initially tried this on a Series X|S controller and it worked straight out of the box. When trying it on an Xbox One controller, however, it would not stay connected. This is because the Xbox One controllers are slightly thinner around the battery compartment. Orzly have already catered for this, though, by including a rubber pad that you stick to the back half of the mount (see photo). Once this is on the mount, it fits perfectly on the Xbox One controller. The adjustable part of the mount is great and stays put once tightened. It makes a huge difference being able to angle the phone correctly. All controller mounts should offer this! All controller buttons are still easily accessible when the mount is attached, including the sync button. If available, the 3.5mm headphone jack can still be used too. The only port not accessible is the attachment connector. So any chat pads, or the original wired headset, cannot be used. Overall, it's a great controller mount and I cannot recommend it enough.

I've had the other cheaper style of these clips, the ones that don't cover the face of the pad, and whilst they work they are fiddly to clip on and mark the controller as they clip on very tightly, mine eventually snapped. This design is much better aside, more adjustable, and the phone holder is narrower thus does not interfere with the buttons on the side of my phone (Samsung A71). It's much easier to clip on and in practice works fine. My only issue is that the plastic that wraps around the pad is very thin, meaning the clip that holds everything together is too, it all sits a little loosely and there is a small amount of movement as a result. So far this hasn't produced any issues but it just feels like the clip could come open during use, which doesn't fill you with confidence when your phone is mounted there.

I was looking at all the various devices you can by that your phone fits in and almost turns into a Switch sort of configuration. I didn't realise that I could just pair my Xbox Series X controller to my phone and buy a clip like this to fit my phone! I'm using it with a Samsung S23 Ultra and a case, it fits easily to the controller and once tightened has had no issues holding my phone in place. Been using it for emulation and it's been great so far. Highly recommend!

The weight of the phone made this an unbalanced way to play. There are more premium products that achieve a much better result for gaming on the go. However for the price point, I would recommend for those looking to utilise a controller for a mobile game

Clips to my controller perfectly, it holds my phone really well (which I was suprised as I have a s24 ultra which is quite wide + the case), it feels really strong and I love the adjustable viewing angle as this really helps with neck pain! This has been a game changer for me! 10/10 definitely recommend this product! Also a great feature is that they have created access to all buttons on your controller plus a gap at the top so you can still charge/plug in your controller if need be. (Playing with a standard xbox series x controller). When not in use you can also fold down the phone holder part and it actually protects your thumb sticks from damage if you travel with your controller in a bag or something similar. since buying this product, 2 of my friends have also bought the same! It's a must have for First Person Shooters!!

Flimsy, loose and completely pointless. The phone fits fine, but the problem is the fit on the controller. It's loose, and enough weight in the phone causes the clip to come loose and it fall off the controller. If you have successfully managed to attach it to both the phone and the controller, you have to remain very still in order for it not to wobble and shake everywhere. I think I used it once, then couldn't fit the phone again after that without the clip failing due to the weight attached and never used it again.
