Perfect Replacement
Perfect replacement! Just like the original. Saved me from having to buy a universal remote. There is a weird quirk: one of the inputs doesn’t recognize. Not a big deal bc the affected input is Phono and I don’t use it.

Doesn’t work w/ STR-DN840 - buttons labeled same but didn’t control what should have
I didn’t like anything about the product, but I contacted the seller; they responded back offering a full refund; and I received notice of the refund all within 48 hours.

Functional but for how long?
Remote not of same quality and has different button layout than what comes with a Sony dh540 receiver. Does work in a pinch but definitely not the same quality as the original remote from sony. The plastic is very VERY cheap and the remote I got had scratches already on it and the plastic color isn’t consistent. (See photos)

best fiber optic cable out there
I loved the cable...used it for my home theater setup which made everything sound so much better....it's amazing... everything should be fiber optic...it's the future of audiophile sound...hopefully audio companies get the message!
