Anyone getting cold/stale popcorn directly after “popping”?

Yes, you will have to clean the popper, every time. The dark suit at .the bottom of the popper is what makes the popcorn stale. You will have to use a good pot scrubber to clean it. This pot over heats the popcorn as it pop. Mine does is same thing.
