So close to being one of the best purchases I've ever made on Amazon...
I'd say this is a 4ish/5, but I'm going to give it a 5 to cancel out some of the ridiculous 1 stars out there. No instructions?? It's literally two velcro straps. Have you never used velcro before??Anyways...this thing is great, but there are some downsides. The biggest upside of course is the convenient mouse pad right on your arm rest. My desk setup is not great, so it did wonders for my wrist. It does feel "cheap," but it also feels sturdy and reliable. Also, it is cheap. I've not had any issues with bending or anything like that. The wrist pad is as comfortable as they can be (though could maybe come back a bit). But, it is not without it's "shortcomings." And yes, I use that word deliberately. For one, as MANY others have said, the velcro strap is WAY too small. I don't know what they were thinking with this. I do not have a thick arm rest, and this thing is barely clinging on. I plan to get bigger ones but haven't yet. So it is a little wobbly, but I know it will stabilize when I can get it a more secure fit, and with my arm resting on it it doesn't matter anyways.I'm also tall with fairly long arms, so for me it comes up just a 'tad' too short to be perfect. The backside cuts off an inch too soon (the front side could benefit from being inch longer/wider, but it works). However, as is, my elbow kind of hangs off unless I tuck my arm up...it's not THAT bad, and otherwise it works great. Just a minor design flaw that might not even be a problem for others. If you're looking for a product like this, I do recommend it. It's inexpensive and extremely basic. Emphasis on basic. But it does what it says. And keep in mind the velcro straps are REALLY tiny, you might want to just order some extensions or something at the same time you get this.

Decent design if you’re willing to modify it
Pros: length is perfect for home use because it allows me to sit back in my office chair to use the mouse instead of leaning forward over my dining room table, which strains my back and shoulder. Cons: you need all 3 straps in place to keep the arm stable, but one of the straps is several inches to short for the sticky side of the Velcro to grab the soft side of the Velcro. I had to sew several inches of additional Velcro on to make it work. Also, I’m not a big fan of the large gel sac at the wrist; I wish it was removable without leaving an uncomfortable plastic lip in its place. And the thin fabric cover at the elbow rest came off within a couple of weeks. (Not a huge deal since the substrate is also soft).

Lifesaver!
I moved my home office and bought a new desk, but didn’t realize how short the keyboard tray was. Having the mouse on the desk had me reaching forward all day long and by the end of the day I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I found this and it got here quickly. It came with cable ties and Velcro straps. The straps were not long enough so I used the cable ties and it has worked like a charm!

It does the job but that is about it.
The item I received did not have the post under the mouse pad seen in the pictures. I was counting on that to rest on the arm of the chair for some support. Without it, the platform is a bit floppy.I ended up removing the padding from the armrests of my chair. That was the only way to get the straps to go around the arm of my chair. For probably less than 10 cents in cost, the straps could be a far more usable length. With the padding removed, the platform is quite secure on the chair. I bought one for each arm because I have a mouse and a 3d Connexion Space Mouse. The wrist rest is soft and comfortable. The foam is off gassing a fair bit, even after being installed for a couple of days.

I really like this product
I really like this product. It seems a bit expensive but there weren't any other options out there. My posture has improved a lot. Everyone else is right about the included straps, they are worthless and wouldn't fit any chair in my opinion. I used zip-ties and they worked fine. The product is what it says it is but a bit expensive and the straps are ridiculous. I do like it and use it though.

Straps too short
So just like other reviews have said the straps are way too short to fit around your arm rest I had to get velcro extenders just to reach around and even then it wasn't perfect and still comes loose every now and then but it works and honestly I barely even use it but it's good to have I guess

Read the Reviews!
I was hoping the reviews were an over-exaggeration, but alas they were not. Just received my package and right out of the box, the mouse pad and arm rest portion of the device shows signs of peeling, bubbling and irregularities. The straps are too short to wrap around the arm and reattach to the other end of the strap. Even if the straps were long enough, the velcro is on the wrong side of the strap - so you can't secure it. Luckily for me, I had some velcro cable ties lying around & I was able to attach them to the straps to Jerry rig them into some form of small functionality, but I don't expect they'll last long. Very disappointed in product quality, or rather - lack there of.
