Can you cook hibachi on this grill?

Oh yes you can! I love mine and use it for all sorts of things. My favorite is cooking breakfast outside though!

Yes there's a hinged hood that fits.

What are the folded dimensions for storage?

The wheels are attached with thumbscrews, once you pop those off and remove the tray underneath (also thumbscrews), the legs fold up into the body of the griddle. The side table *does not fold down* though, and is attached permanently, so as far as footprint, you have to factor that in. But otherwise, if you remove the cooktop, it will all fold up into the size of the burner housing part. I've folded it up and fit it in the back of my car to take places, but am investigating a solution for the side table, because it's annoying and increases the width of the whole package by 1/3.
