This product is not almond meal. I have bought other supposed almond flours that were more like meal which is the problem I have using nut flours. This one is super fine and more like wheat flour. Gives better texture anf flavor is less nutty

I don’t like Almond.

Don't be fooled by the label. This is not pure almond flour, but a mixture of almond and coconut flour with tapioca starch.I use a little in keto recipes that call for almond flour because it gives baked goods a little more body. I combine pure almond flour with a little of this flour and it makes them less delicate and prone to crumbling.

My mistake, as this is not all almond flour and that is what I thought I was buying. Read the labels every time!! I'm using it for other baking than what I needed so it won't go to waste.

Of all the different brands of almond flour I've tried this one has the best flavor! You can taste the nutty almond flavor even after baking with it!
