My OT therapist recommended this to me. She measured me so as to get a good fit. So far I really like it. It helps to keep my thumb stabilized and still maintain flexibility and control of my fingers. It’s a good design with a padded palm and wrap around support with Velcro. Although it somewhat limits the extent of thumb motion the thumb is still usable within its restrictions and certainly much better than not using it. Easy to use, effectively reduces the pain and more comfortable than I would have thought possible.

Perfect fit with the Velcro strap. Very comfortable, I wear it every night while I sleep. Great thumb support.

I'm sold on this model. Got a slightly larger size, medium + instead of previous medium, due to hands swelling (old age/arthritis). Still very nice for daily use typing full time. The plus size has a slightly wider thumb and wrist circumference, as advertised. Just enough to improve on my last size. Better fit at the main Velcro attachment points, especially near the base of the hand where Velcro used to be exposed (slightly too narrow last time). Both fit me, but this fits better except for the wrist. I don't mind the wrist is the only part a bit loose. Good quality, easy to wear for hours. Helps CTS, CVC joint pain. Keeps my thumbs apart from the fingers, so avoid that pain from CVC joint. So worthwhile! Stabilizes my hands which I use all day long for computer work. Though my wrists measure the same, the thumb holes were a bit tight before and the velcro did not overlap right. Finally worn out after several years. Good replacement sizing up less than large, in between.

I was given this exact brace at the Ortho clinic and wanted a second brace for backup. Good build quality and easy to use. Good support for you thumb and it also adds some cushion if you bump your injured thumb. As I heal I like to wear it a gentle reminder to take it easy when working.

I think ordinarily this would be a great product, it just so happens not to work for me personally because of sizing. I can tell it would be the best mix of support and function that I've ever seen in a hand splint…and believe me, I've tried a lot of them. If I could get the size right, I think this splint would provide good support for my CMC joint, while still allowing me to use my hand while at work. The problem is that I've tried both the medium and medium plus sizes, and neither works. The medium was the right size for the base of my thumb, but too tight on the rest of my hand. The medium plus was a better size for the part that wraps around my hand, but too big for the base of my thumb. That's disappointing, because I think I'd love this thing if I could get it to fit properly. In short, I do recommend it, but you may have to play with sizing to get it right.

Seems to be working well for me when I wear it at night. Keeps the thumb rigid enough so it isn’t sore while I’m sleeping.

The sizing on these is great. I like that there are 'in between sizes" like "Large Plus" between large and extra large. This is my "go to" brace. The only negative is that it does tend to fray around the edges and you'll might one to have a fresh one to wear out of the house but the frayed ones work fine at home. I find it amusing that Amazon says "Frequently returned." I don't think that would be the case if the would ship the one that you actually ordered. Recently received on that was WRONG on 3 different counts. Wrong Size. Wrong Hand. Wrong Product (it had an extended wrist part that I had not ordered)

Ease to put on. Protective. Comfortable. Very pleased. As an added bonus, I learned about it from orthopedic surgeon

It can be abrasive were the Velcro’s overlapping edges!! The material is soft and comfortable

Very happy, it's light fits great and provides the perfect support for my thumb. I'm trying to find the same one, but for the left hand, but I can't find one, so I had to contact the seller??

I bought one splint 4 months ago but the the sticky joint is no longer sticky any more. The strap comes off easily all the time. The splint is no longer working. Does the product have any warranty? I cannot find warranty info anywhere. If not, could you send me a free replacement since I got this one only 4-5 months ago? I am aware you are just a distributor, not the manufacturer. But the philosophy is that if I buy a product that has defects from Walmart, I go to Walmart for change or refund; I do not have to contact the manufacturer in this regard.
