Simple gadget dies the job but... - water starts turning red from rusty when left overnight - wire is too thin - Indian plug but compatible with Saudi power sockets

Rusted internals leaving the water reddish brown. Potentially harmful to inhale.
Opened the brand new package and on the first run the water was a reddish brown. Removed the lid to empty out the water and the internal cap fell off exposing the heating filament which was rusted right out the box. The fact that the cap of the heating filament came off is disturbing in itself but seeing the rust was extremely disconcerting as we don't even know my child would have been inhaling. Especially considering that this is marketed as a medical grade is shocking.
