So, I make Christmas ornaments every year. Last year I used the white shrinky dink plastics, and they turned out great. This year, I decided to try the clear ones, and they didn't disappoint! One thing to keep in mind. I highly recommend keeping them in the oven for the full 3 minutes. The plastic will curl up, and if you take it out too soon, it will remain curled. But, by waiting the full 3 minutes, even a FULL SHEET will uncurl and lay flat. The "sisters" one in my pictures was done on an uncut full sheet. And in just 3 minutes, it shrunk, and laid nice and flat!

These sheets are very fun and work exactly as described. This was my first attempt at making charms with shrink sheets of any kind. They are easy to cut by hand or with my cricut. The acrylic paint markers I used dried pretty quickly. The shapes shrank exactly as expected with my heat gun. I’m very excited about these sheets. I plan on making more charms and experimenting more.

Mostly works great. With large circles (ie., ones that will end up about 3" after shrinking) it tends to curl in on itself too much and get stuck, ruining the shape because you have to pry the edges apart. I've been drawing on it with colour pencil, and have shown a couple with the first being a wip. The last few images are progressing from starting to colour it over my initial rough sketch on paper, cut out and ready to go, baked, and then with added uv resin and a keychain ring.

Of all the shrink plastic brands, Shrinky Dink's quality is the best: it is less likely to curl during the baking process, and is the most amenable to being flattened immediately out of the oven. Some notes for using the clear medium: sometimes, you may want to color both sides of the sheet; this type of sheet will not work with an inkjet printer. If the package does not specify "inkjet," then don't use it with an inkjet printer.

I have bought these for years! My kids love making these! They are so much fun! You get a good amount in the package for the money. The kids can use their imagination or trace something cute. These are a lot of fun!

No es la primera vez que compro este producto, llevo un año comprándolo y puedo decir que la calidad es muy buena. Cuenta con un instructivo en el cual te indica las temperaturas, después de experimentar con la pistola de calor, horno y microhorno puedo afirmar que el mejor es el microhorno, ya que con la pistola de calor puede llegar a sobrecalentar el producto y provocar esas burbujas indeseables, por otro lado es más propenso a que se doble y se pegue el plástico consigo mismo y arruine el proyecto, en cambio con el horno es bueno por cuestiones de salud no es recomendable usarlo en un horno convencional. Con el microhorno dispersa la temperatura de manera proporcional evitando así la creación de burbujas y permite tener un ambiente controlado. Yo lo uso para crear mis llaveros de resina y me ha traído buenos resultados.

The quality was nice. the price was a bit expensive but was nice. However the posca paint I used was rubbing off, but very nice.
