LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this parchment paper! Super convenient and the perfect size for all my baking needs. Great for use with surface flouring, baking in your cookie sheets, bread proofing, using in your pastry boxes, fried foods, etc. I will never go back to using the roll again. I cook/bake every day and this has lasted MONTHS! Clean, simple to use and worth every penny! Parchment is high quality with a quick, easy to access box that allows you to pull out a single sheet without effort. A must for every kitchen!

I’ve been using this parchment paper for a couple of months now and it’s honestly been such a relief. I’ve been trying to get away from using so much aluminum foil in my cooking, and this was the perfect switch to make. The best part is that they are already pre-cut. I used to get so frustrated with the rolls that never tear straight or just curl back up while you're trying to prep, but these just lay flat and fit all my pans perfectly. I’ve used them for a ton of different things over the last few months and nothing has stuck to them yet. Everything just slides right off. If you’re looking for a cleaner, easier alternative to foil or the bleached white paper, I can’t recommend these enough.

Literally the best parchment ever. I think I’m on my 3rd or 4th box over the last 18 months. We have some odd sized sheet pans and these fit perfectly. For the smaller off sized ones ripping in half is EASY after a crease and they separate cleanly for a truly custom fit. This parchment doesn’t break the bank, but is high enough quality that it can definitely be used more than once for non-greasy/messy foods. It holds up to at list 450°F without smoking or smelling scary which is perfect for a variety of cooking or baking. Because these are an affordable option they are also perfect to place down on a work surface before measuring out ingredients that are a pain to clean up… any spills get crumbled up into the parchment and the workspace remains clean.

My wife and I love this product. She was used to using the roll stuff from the store, and she doesn’t do change well. But we both agree that the performance and convenience of this product make it a superb addition to our baking cabinet.

These sheets are a 5/5. No more struggling with tearing off from a roll, and crumpling to allow the parchment to lay flat. They are the perfect size for sourdough loaf baking, anything needed to be cooked or crisped in the oven (cookies, veggies), basically anything you would use roll parchment for, only easier. Removal from the box is simple and storage is easy. This will definitely be a re-order.

Have used this product in the past when my brother sent it to me as a gift. Just recently ran out and ordered it again. It has spoiled me as it fits perfectly on a cookie sheet, I don’t have to guess how much to pull off the roll, lies flat on the pan, no curling up, is easy to pull out of the box and if I am using a half size cookie pan I just fold it in half and easily tear it in half. Will absolutely buy it again.

Have used Katbite parchment for years and it has become a regular staple in the kitchen for roasting, baking, and lining pans of all kinds. Sheets separate easily, lie flat on the tray, and the nonstick coating releases food cleanly so cleanup is quick. Durability and convenience are excellent for the price, easily good enough for a solid four-star rating.

Bin echt zufrieden mit dem katbite Backpapier. Habe es jetzt schon vier Mal gekauft und es macht genau das, was es soll. Die Blätter sind groß (30x40 cm), stabil, reißen nicht ein und nichts klebt dran fest – egal ob Kekse oder Braten. Einfach praktisch und gute Qualität für den Preis. Würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Me gusta mucho el formato, hojas no plegadas y fácil para sacar de una en una, recién las he probado y contenta con el resultado. Muy valorable también haberlo recibido al día siguiente del pedido. Recomendable

Arrivé dans les temps Ce papier est solide, rien ne passe à travers. Mais je trouve quand même que c'est un peu cher pour s'en servir tous les jours, je vais compléter avec des plats.
