Product quality is great.Very good plastic and aluminium is used.Good packing.Worth for money I recommend 200%.I also purchased other brand 6stepd for my sisters house but it’s quality was bad but I am very happy for the one which I got and I am lucky to choose this Cipla brand

Quality gone down
I had previously bought a 2 step ladder. Even after 7 years, it is very sturdy. The build quality, material quality and design quality have all gone down in the 4 step ladder. I hope the company can improve.
