I love these, and they are perfect for relaxing or balancing your mood out or calming you down when you need to calm down without taking any type pills that could harm your body

I had received the Balance scent years ago. Ended up losing it and had to replace it because I am a person who wakes up with a stuffy nose. The Calm & Relax scents are nice but my ultimate favorite is Balance it reminds you of a chest rub but so much more better

Waste of money the smell doesn't last long.

I like that for children the oils are safe... not too strong and will not burn them. My grandson liked the smell of 2 of them however I don’t know that they afforded him any results. My granddaughter who is 17 and has behavioral issues find them helpful. Guess it just depends on the person. But they are packaged well.

I love these things.I got them in a monthly box to start and I ended up ordering the Energy and Relax pack of 3s here after.I don't have any sensatvities so they work well for those times I'm feeling unbalanced.Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this product. I first discovered it while living in Europe and am thrilled it is now accessible on amazon here in the US!! I am in a high stress job and keep my ‘relax’ aroma stick with me during the day. I use it every day. I also have the calm stick and use it before bed also every night.Definitely recommend!

I was really excited to use these inhalers but they don’t do what they say they will do. I mean I attempted to use two of them when I felt that it was appropriate and I didn’t feel any better. I believe aromatherapy can be beneficial with practice such as with mindfulness techniques or deep breathing techniques. It would be better to just buy some aromatherapy scents and use it as you please. Also, I enjoy the bracelets right at Ross that comes with different scents. I think I may order the Calmigo instead. I appreciated that I could send them back especially when the Amazon driver delivered them next door and I had to hunt for it.

All 3 Relax, Calm and Balance are a disappointment. All 3 kind of smell the same and old.
