Is this 100 percent pure code liver oil, is anything added?

There is Retinyl Palmitate and Cholecalciferol added to this product for Vitamins A and D3.

Will I need to take a vitamin D-3 supplement as well or is there enough included in this cod liver formula?

Just check your d levels after a while because I'm over 100 which is considered high and I have been taking 5000 in every other day in coconut oil and im pregnant

IS IT BETTER THAN KRILL OIL?

It depends on your need. Krill oil is not a significant source of vitamin A, so if one were hypothetically looking for that, cod liver oil would be a better choice. But it might be good to research how a company processes the oil.
