It seems it doesn't have a screen protector, correct?

No it does not come with a screen protector.

Does this come with any king of glass protection?

No glass protection is included. The case is outstanding and well worth the price.

Does this case work with an Apple Mag Safe charger ?

It charged a little but is very hard to connect right. So I would say no.
