I bought this product to help with my kidney function because it helps raise your GFR. It has worked for me and my kidney function has improved.. It’s a good quality product. There is no taste to it because it’s in capsule. I’m not sure if it helps my sleep quality because I have trouble sleeping no matter what I do..

Hace 6 meses me diagnosticaron con BPH , tengo 72 años, me recetaron Alfuzocina y la he estado tomando, funciona bien , pero siempre sentía como una inflamación y un disconfort en la parte delante pubica,un médico compañero me recomendó tomara hojas de hortiga molida en cápsulas y compré estas, solo me tomo 1 cápsula antes de acostarme, y les puedo comentar tengo menos de un mes de tomarla y les puedo decir que mi malestar se ha ido. Y lo mejor de esto es que soy prediabetico y me cuido en mi alimentación en mi cena de la noche , siempre ceno lo mismo y en las mañanas me hago el test siempre sale 110,112,114, pero desde que estoy tomando estas cápsulas de hortiga en las mañanas mi test da 104,105, grandioso, he leído unos escritos japoneses y ahí hablan de esto , pero en mí ha sido de gran ayuda y lo otro es que duermo de maravilla, nunca y me despierto de noche , espectacular con 1h y 15 de sueño profundo , que antes me despertaba a cada rato en las noches . Está ha sido mi experiencia.

I was using this brand and ran out. So, while I was waiting for my order to arrive, I switched to my backup stock which was a different brand and was nettle root, not leaf. Well, my anxiety went through the roof, couldn't sleep, lungs felt heavy and I was tired in the morning and weak during the day. I finally got my Solarray Nettle leaf, and took it last night. This morning, I feel like a million bucks. Slept through the night, lungs are clear, and I have a general sense of well being. I'm back to being me. I think I need to stock up on this stuff. Solaray is my brand!
