Which one (this one or sy-pex30016) will be better for my focusrite saffire pro 40 audio interface with zero latency and no glitch in the sound?

From my experience, I am running 24 channels back and forth using the Presonus Studio Live mixer, into an old Dell Server (poweredge 1900) with 8 gigs of ram and a quad core processor. Running Win 7 and never had a single hiccup.
