This review is limited to dehydrating bananas only, as that's the only food I have tried so far. I cross-compared dehydrating thinly sliced bananas on this sheet versus the sheet that came with my Excalibur dehydrator, and the bananas were better (more) dried out on Excalibur's sheets. This may be due to the fact that Excalibur's sheets have much larger "holes" and air circulates better. So I will dry bananas on Excalibur's sheets from now on. However, the surface of these sheets is very smooth and I imagine they would outcompete Excaliburs' in some "stickier" tasks like making fruit rolls.

these sheets are a lifesaver for cleaning the dehydrator things like bananas and yogurt drops pretty much all fruit we do now we use the sheets way easier to soak them in a tub of warm soapy water for a little bit then wipe them clean instead of trying to get the regular racks clean they seem pretty durable too but if they ever wear out i will be getting more

The sheets are non-stick and lay flat after a few minutes in a warm dehydrator. They required some simple trimming to fit in the Cabela's dehydrator I have, but it very easy to do with regular scissors. The mats aren't thick and solid like the silicon baking sheets. I would say they are closer to a laminated piece of fabric in terms of thickness and feel.I've used these sheets for a lot of dehydrating in the past 2 weeks. Fruit, pasta, pasta sauces, lentil soups, sausage bits, cheese and even toothpaste. The oily foods do in fact soak through the top membrane and into the tan fabric, turning it a darker color. The physical appearance doesn't bother me that much, but I worry about oil and scent coming out on delicate fruits. For that reason, I've rated this a 4 star product instead of 5. This is an excellent value for the money

The Sheets work great and are very easy to clean. I recommend these sheets to everyone. The only difference in performance from the sheets that came with ours is they do not have the holes for circulation and when doing meet, such as chicken strips, the strips tend to curl where they didn't with the original sheets. this is no big deal, the difference in cleanup time more than makes up for the curling strips.

These did not exactly fit the dehydrator that I was using, but I cut them in half to position them as needed. They worked perfectly with beets and carrots. Clean up was a snap, no sticking. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I'm currently eating Raw Vegan 🍎🍊🍌🍆🍅🌱... who knows what tommorrow may bring ! These sheets are wonderful 😍 for preparing Raw edibles in the dehydrator ... you need them 😙💕💕

These were a great addition to my dehydrator. They work as intended and make the clean up process so much easier. Would he ghost recommend to anyone considering these sheets, you will not be disappointed
