Oolong tea

Soon as this arrived, I opened up the Red Container this came in, took a Deep Inhale to get the Aroma, and was very pleased with it. I got my Distilled Water heated up to +195F in my Microprocessor Controlled, Calibrated Tea Kettle, added it to the Oolong Tea Leaves, and allowed to Steep for 3 minutes. After letting it cool down a bit, the color was a Medium Brown, and the Aroma had Earthy Tones, but the best part was the TASTE... it was not too strong, not too weak, and NO BITTERNESS (at all)... it was just right, at the GOLDILOCKS State, and I FELL IN LOVE with it!!! This is a Truly Wonderful Oolong Tea, of Great Value for the Cost/Performance Ratio, and I am VERY PLEASED. This TIAN HU SHAN Premium Oolong Tea Loose Leaf 14 Ounce (400g) is grown in Mainland China, at the 800-meter level altitude (about +2,500ft), so there's no Insects up there, and doesn't require using Pesticides. I consider this a "High Mountain Grown Tea", with all the benefits of that Altitude. It's not THE BEST, but for the Price, it PUNCH'es Way Over It's WEIGHT CLASS!!! This Tea is a Super VALUE price/performance/color/taste. Very Pleased with this Oolong!!! I am now on my 12th GALLON of this TIAN HU SHAN Premium Oolong Tea Loose Leaf, and will be ordering my Next One, very soon. I Love the Metal Container and Plastic Cover Seal, which keeps the Tea FRESH, and Ready to Rock-n-Roll for my next GALLON. I think this is THE BEST Tea you offer, of the four I have tried (still not tried the Pearls, yet, but that one's on my List too!!). The Tea is so well packed and sealed, that as long as I keep it in a Cool, Dry, Dark place, it should be just fine. This 14 ounce can of Oolong tea has a nice flavor and scent. You don’t need but a small amount of the tea to make a cup of warm brew so don’t overdo it or it will be way too strong. The tea leaves look so small but they expand exponentially as the hot water hits it. I love the tin can which keeps the tea fresh and ready to use. For 14 oz this is a good price, especially since you use so little with each cup. I know there’s caffeine in this tea but it doesn’t give me the jitters at all.

Excellent tea!! It tastes great from fist sip to the end of the cup.

This tea has a tiny little flavor to Kombu or Sencha, but mostly flavorless. More like tasteless and odorless. I would not recommend it. This is the first time I Buy Oolong, but not the first tea I've ever tastes. This is by far the most flavorless tea, even worst than Lipton. Edit: Increasing from 1 to 4 stars... After a few visits to Chinese restaurants, I've realized that this is exactly how Chinese black tea is supposed to taste like. This is very different to English Black Tea. I think I have been spoiled with very high quality specialty Tea.

VERRRRY GOOD Oolong tea, im glad its made in china its the real true tea, thank you tian hu shan for making perfect oolong tea, i love it alone or with my catonese chinese food for dinner at home, Not strong even when the tea leaves is in its infuser sitting in the hot water love your tea thank you !! & thank You for making it in large tea tins, PERFECT !!!

I enjoy the Oolong tea very much. The tin is double-sealed and pretty sturdy. I am no tea aficionado, but this is a world better than the restaurant grade Oolong I am used to. It is very much more subtle and less bitter, lighter in color and body. I am not sure, but I think there is a noticeable amount of caffeine. One surprise for me was just how much this variety of loose tea expands while steeping. I use an infuser that can do one cup or a whole pot. I usually put about 1/2tsp of loose leaf in it. Doing that with this tea means the infuser is packed solid when I open it to dump it out. They really do roll the leaves down to nothing!

Read some reviews that this tea taste l Ike fish, I said how in the hell can tea taste like fish? Well made this tea and h I t damn it taste like Anchovies swam through it, tossed it out.

Reach flavor. I will buy it again!
