Rockport Cobb Hill Women's Pandora Boot

After much research trying to pick a shoe I chose this particular boot. Intitially I chose it from the great reviews I read on multiple websites and the style of the boot. This boot, I think, is particularly more stylish than your basic strap buckle boot. I ordered these in a 7 Regular Black. After I recived them and tried them on various times throughout the day I decided I would exchange them for a & Wide. The wide size really made so much of a difference and I know that the fit is so much more comfortable. I don't like to have my foot enclosed, I especailly don't liek it when I can't even move my foot inside the shoe, but the wide size really gave me that bit of room I was looking for. Also, you feet tend to swell if you are walking around for a while in an enclosed shoe. The reason for my purchase was for a trip to a European city at the end of winter. I needed it to be comfortable for those long days of walking, be durable in the rain/snow, and be stylish. This show really fufulled all of these things. The insole is just amazing it is like walking around on a pillow. After an entire day of walking around a city I am just so happy that my feet did not hurt me one time. I came home at the end of the day tired, but not from my feet hurting or being inflamed. Just that alone was worth every penny for me. The sole of the shoes is nice and thick, great for walking on hard surfaces all day. Although I did not encounter any snow I think that they would pass the test for any slick surfaces. These boots keep my feet nice and dry in the rain. The leather on the shoes is just beautiful, it has a bit of a matte shine, and it is nice and soft. I use a weatherproofing conditioner on it when it seems to be a bit scuffed and they are good as new again. So far I have not noticed any damage from normal everyday wear. Dust and dirt seems to gather inside the ruching so you just have to pay a bit more attention when cleaning them.I mostly wear these while wearing skinny jeans which tuck in just fine. The price is a bit more than I am used to paying for shoes, but well worth it. I caught them on sale for about $100.00. I know this shoes will be with me for a long time because they seem to be great quality. When I made my exchange it was very simple, they shipped out my new choice immediately and I got them the same week I ordered.

I have been having a hard time finding ankle boots that fit right, and even though these are not perfect, they are darned close. I wear a standard size 8, though when the reviews say the shoe is too tight, I will buy an 8 wide, which is what I did in this case. What this means is that the toe and wide part of my foot are perfectly comfortable, but the heel is a little too big and my heel slides around more than I would like. Still, I can tell that if I had ordered the 8 regular, they would have been way too small. As for the shoes themselves, they really do feel like wearing sneakers - they are that comfortable!. The leather on the upper part is very soft and supple, while the leather on the toe part is harder and more sturdy. When I first put them on, I thought I wouldn't like the way the support was laid out - it seemed like the extra support along the ball of the foot would overshadow what seemed like very minimal arch support. However, as it turns out, the two work together really well, and I got used to it quickly. My arches are pretty normal - not too high and not too low, so if you are someone who has high arches, these might not work for you. If you have low arches, these would probably be just fine. One thing that is interesting is that when I am sitting down, the shoes seem to hug my feet, almost like a massage, but when I get up and start walking again, they just feel like walking in sneakers. I also really like how lightweight they are, and the lining will help my feet stay warm. All in all, I am really happy with this purchase.

This pair of boots lasted me a year with everyday use. Could've gone on much longer but I saw a small crack beneath them so I opted for a new pair of boots.

I bought these boots because I own a different pair of Cobb Hill shoes, and I've never had a more comfortable fit. I could wear these right out of the box and walk around downtown all day, and still have happy feet at the end of the day. They are cute, fashionable, and feel like tennis shoes. I could not be happier. I only wish I could afford them in all the colors.

Darling. Reminiscemt of the 60's dowmtown Boston or New York Classic boot worn 24/7 around town or out with your straight leg jeans, now a perfect pairing with modern day leggings or jeggings. Look great rright out of the box, but I live in the Southwest Rocky Mountains these days so I treated mine with leather water resitant spray for protection since it was mud melt down season when they arrived. So comfy no need for socks. Just slip on, zip up and go. I have one ankle that swells and very shortly after buyimg these boots stretched very nicely and now fit like a glove. If you want to wear any heavy socks, I would recommend sizing up a bit. They have a nice little bit of tread so good getting around during mild or moderate winter conditions. Not for heavy winter conditions. Too short and not enough insulation to withstand Rocky Mountain cold or ice, but were awesome for early soring thaw. I feel like a million bucks (and brings me back to the days of folk songs and coffee houses) not to mention they bring a ton of compliments and fit like a glove. These boots are worth every penny for looks, style and fit. I hope to get the same boots in a different style for this coming spring season. Recommended pirchase for an updated, stylish look!

These are my second pair. I love them. I extensively traveled in the first pair for many years. In the desert, in the city and in the woods. They are very comfortable and do not hurt my feet.The zipper allows you to slip in and out of them easily on the airplane. The shoe is light and cushiony. The leather is soft and a nice brownish color. Not smooth but more like nubuck in texture.I will buy them again when this pair wears out.T

As I said in the title, these boots are true width (W is true Wide in case of the pair that I bought), run a little large, have average to low arch support (not enough for my high arch, I saw much better). I returned these boots because the leather quality/expected durability is on the low side and..."in person" these boots are quite unattractive - the picture makes them better looking than they are. If you are desperate for a wide light boot, they will do though.

They look exactly as pictured my issue is the fit is slightly off? They seem to be longer then most size 8's wide and as result they are off for fit. Besides that they seem comfortable and waterproof which is what I needed but I probably will stick to Clark's from now on.

I've worn my way through 6 different pairs of these Pandora boots (4 different colors) over the past several years. They fit true to size, are very comfortable for walking and suitable for a wide range of activities.

Perfect fit as it fits to size. Very well made with a nice arch support. Leather is real n soft. Very nice to have a zipper on the inside of the boot as it makes putting even a short boot on much easier. Also very soft inside. Cobb Hill is quality footwear! Recommend
