Good fittings
These are pretty good, the fit to the female is very good,no leaks,seal well and the cam locks hold very good. I have bought quite a few of these and they are good,but the only complaint I have is sometimes the casting seams are a bit raised where it goes into the hose but if you take a small fine flat file you can get rid of the seams which is no problem for me.

Lived up to the photo.
This is the sort of item that threatens to be a hit or a miss. All sorts of misdirection can be done with some creative photography but this is definitely a hit. Exactly what I needed to configure an easy system to backwash my pool without letting any of the waste water leave my property. There are no storm drains where I live and washing dirty water full of chemicals out to the street and down to the sump to percolate down to the water table is not legal. Using these fittings, some tough 2" fire hose and PVC piping/fittings, I was able to cobble together an arrangement that gets the backwash into my home's waste line which is all that is acceptable. Fits the hose perfectly, works great and it looks like it will last. Recommended! Enjoy!

Working well, so far
Used as quick disconnects on 2” suction and 1.5” pressure sides of a high volume water pump. No leaks yet after about 10 uses. Not a cheap solution but it works for me. They come with extra washers.
