Fantastic value for these. I use them to clean up wooden live edges of slabs for tables, counters and shelving, and they do a fantastic job. I wish I had some control over the grits when I order. Not enough to give a lesser star, but if I order enough of these I'll end up with a glut of those very fine grits where more of the 80 120 180 would be better.

Recommended for cleaning live edge after peeling away bark. This set has 7 different grits to prevent over sanding. The flexible bristles clean the edge but does not reshape it. Great tool. Clockwise rotation only. Opposite direction unscrews brush from arbor.

did the job that I needed to do

As other reviews have stated these will leave a blue stain on wood that would be very hard to remove from detail areas, which defeats the purpos of using these. Also, they are not that effective and must be kept below 5K RPM to avoid significant vibration.

I purchased these expecting a small brush probably to be used with a dremel or small motor device, but actually they are about 2 1/2 - 3" in diameter and work great with a cordless drill. Very Happy with this purchase. I have actually added them to my shared Christmas List if anyone wants to buy me another set.

I am making wood bread now knifes and was hoping that this product would help simplify sanding the 3 inside corners on each knife. I am using birch , maple and oak The blue nuylon wire brush left a blue tint on the wood and left the grain raised. Even using the 400 grit brush the wood never became smooth. I am returning the product unsatisfied.

We were apprehensive at first but when we tried them we were very pleased! I most likely will buy again I like that they came with different t abrasiveness t like sand paper. I only wish they were wider

I use these for cleaning the bark on the live edge wood bowl, i start with #80 grit for removing loose bark particules and continue with smaller grit all the way to #600 grit. until the bark is smooth out without removing the bark feature leaving a pleasant surface.ready for finishing oil. Great addition for wood turner shop.

I bought this set for a table base i was making out of a tree branch. I meant to use it to clean off all the barky bits and loose debris. It wasn't so great for that BUT is excells at cleaning up rough barn boards that i used for a couple other projects. I mostly used the 120 grit wheel and it got into all the little ridges to clean out all the dirt and debris AND did so quickly and easily. Would recommend for this purpose. Very satisfied.

Really nice for multiple materials but not for stainless since the temperature of the stanless when work with it go higher and the brush kinda melt under the heat. But for other materiels it is real nice to work with.
