Will this work to help relieve pain after having my tonsils out?

This product is used to treat tooth pain. It wraps around your head. Not sure where your pain is, but I would say no.

How many ounces are the gel packs? Could they go through a carry on bag?

There is a description on Amazon when you buy the item as far as I can tell the ice packs are no bigger than 5x3" . The would definitely fit in a carry on bag. Hope this helps. You can always ask the manufacturer or buy this product & return it.

What is the blue stuff inside made of? Is it toxic? I got some on me when one if them burst.

I’m sure what’s in it is toxic but if you got it in your mouth that’s a bigger issue than if it just touched your skin. Just clean your skin and you should be good.
