I need replacement tips for 19oz viper pool stick. It has 6 grooves inside the tip

Well you have options. That stick comes with a 13mm le pro tip. You can order those tips and set them yourself like most players do, or the other option is you order 13mm slip on tips if you don't know how to set tips in. The grooves that you counted you put in yourself. It's to make an adhesive bound from the shaft to the tip.

is fiberglass graphite more heavy than viper elite wood cue?

I only have this cue which is a good solid cue for the price in a 20oz, but my guess is a 20oz is a 20oz regardless of what its made of.
