I am giving it 4 star only because i wanted one bottle and it was mandatory to buy two together. Otherwise it's a good product for low iron and ferritin levels.

It showing effect from first day.

My mom took 4 bottle cap lids size for her anaemia. She got her eye bulged the next day. This doesn't happen if she takes 2 bottle caps. I would rather suggest to eat black grapes, black dates, Niger seeds, halim seeds, badam etc., with lemon or amla or any other Vitamin C foods to fight anaemia. Niger seeds or karlae chutney with lemon is the best of all with 100mg of iron per 100gm. There is a study conducted which improved anaemia by 1gm/dL point in 1 month by eating 30gm everyday with lemon.
