Will this work with google voice accounts?

I have a work around, but it would require you to purchase a DID. I purchased a DID from voip.ms, and used that as my new home number. Then I created a sub account and did some forwarding. I changed my google voice not to pass though the caller ID and enabled screening. I made a forwarding rule that when google voice calls my DID, it will ring on my sub account and I setup a separate VM box and when I use the sub account, the caller ID shows my GV line. This works great for me.

will this work with voip from spectrum?

As long as they provide you SIP credentials you can program the phone to use with it. Note that you might have to setup outgoing routes.

will this phone work with grasshopper?

I am not sure, but I would call Grasshopper Support at 800-820-8210 (Toll free).
