Love this, bought to replace a similar type tap but this is sooo much better. Height makes it easier to get kettle under to fill. Easy to fit with clear instructions. I got a plumber to do it, mainly because my old tap was probably in place for over 15yrs and difficult to remove. Bought the suggested converter for pipe size do had no issues with it being fitted

Had to replace a cheaper kitchen tap that had started to leak and were unable to change washer. We chose to have a plumber install. I had purchased suggested converter connector which was necessary. Very happy with function and appearance.

The taps looks really nice. Easy to use. Love the pull out facility and the flow changing facility. The only issue was that the tap fitting is European 3/8. It would have been nice if an adapter was put in the box to convert it to UK fitting. The plumber had to go and buy the extra part which in turn cost me extra for time and parts. Otherwise I would have given 5 Stars.

This is a very good quality mixer tap with spray. Very good value for money. The tap was fairly easy to install with clear instructions in pictures, if you are a competent DIY person or a plumber. I would recommend that there is someone else to help with the fitting, as when you connect the plumbing under the sink it needs someone else just to hold the tap steady on top of the sink. The only slight difficulty we had was when you had to push the flexible hose down through the tap fitting, because of the end fitting on it, but with a little bit of jiggling around we managed okay. The tap and the spray have a very smooth action. The spray is particularly useful when washing fruit and vegetables.

This is a beautiful tap, glad I purchased it before the price increased. It took me much searching to find my ideal kitchen tap. The tap is large but it has everything I was looking for (pull-out and spray function). The spray is pretty powerful, I have had a few showers, but I think I just need to get used to keeping the flow lower when I select it. I'm not going to mark it down but my plumber said the instructions didn't match the tap, but he managed to work it out ... and he's put a spare bit of plywood I had behind the weight to protect it against the pipework under my sink. I do need an extra weight though.

Nice looking item but sadly missing parts. The usual 3/8 to 1/2 adapters are required which isn't so much of an issue as these are readily available on amazon and fairly cheap. There was no fitting from the spout to the tap itself so missing a spigot (push fit to screw on connector). I spoke to Grohe who said it would be a month shipping the part from Germany or to ask for an entire unit replacement from Amazon - support wasn't very friendly and overall for the money there are better items that have all the right parts. Returned for a refund, whilst some customers have no issues there are others who have experienced missing parts. I can't be bothered to waste time on a replacement in case it also has parts missing. Grohe, you need to do better.

Nice looking tap, but please do check for all conectors as mine arrived without attachment for pull out tap. Additionally the spray button itself feels a bit plasticky and I am wondering how long will it last. Apart from that seems very nice, let's hope plumber will have a correct connector for it.

A great tap - robust and fairly easy to fit. We did find the pipes were a different size than we previously had, so we needed to get new fittings - but I am happy with the tap itself. Easy to use spray 'switch' with easily operated by pushing switch position - and switch back. We needed to retighten the tap to stop it moving - it does come with an attached 'tightener' which actually made it very easy - didn't need tools to tight main tap body to the sink. Very happy.
