Form over function
My summary would be that these Sonos brackets are form over function.On the positive I like the design, its simple in a positive way and do not impede the speaker - in fact the speaker takes pride of place as it should be.However, a few things to note. (1) The steel finish could have been better, it does not seem very polished considering what these brackets cost. Having said this it is not a big issue as the brackets are generally covered by the speaker. (2) For the price they could have included fixings. I had nothing to hand and so required an inconvenient trip to the DIY store. Finally (3) and may be the biggest issue for some. The speakers are held in place on the bracket by four pins - the speaker is not secured in place i.e. a reasonable nudge may dislodge the speaker. There are other brackets available that clamp the speaker into place but I was willing to make the compromise and take the risk. I do think the manufacturer should point this out more clearly in the product description. To be honest I think Sonos could also have helped with the last point by thinking more about after market products.

Quality materials and build
An excellent product of good quality. The speaker mounts are metal and well made with attention to detail and quality. Also, easy to install. Highly recommended.

Great for me. Be aware not ideal if you have kids.
Very neat and modern looking wall brackets and reasonably priced.My only concern with them is how easy the speakers could be knocked. If you have kids around you may want to look for another solution as these don’t fix very well To the speaker.Perhaps a future version could make use of the threaded insert on the back of the speaker.

Great design. Easily marked.
Overall, good design and build quality. They look great on the wall and adjust ok, although the power cable does restrict movement. The biggest issue I had with the product is scratches on the aluminium ‘caps’ that hide the fixings. These were badly marked and scratched. I returned the original item and reordered, only to experience the same scratches and markings on the caps.I decided to keep the second order as once fixed to the wall the aluminium caps are mostly hidden from view.

Amazing Product
What a great product. Firstly the packaging is very secure, the mounts were pristine out of the box! Secondly the actual product itself, really clean design. You can feel the quality in the wight of the product! Mounted both my S1's in a matter of minutes and they've really transformed the sound in my living room. Great product, 5 stars!
