Great concept, I bought four.
I really like the concept and you have to try it understand why. I use it everyday. I would have given it five stars if the plastic parts were more sturdy. For that reason I wonder how long it will last before breaking.

Not exactly safe but you can try overcome but too poorly made
Good for standing but the pedal straps are made too small and I have a size 9 shoe. When a try to do exercises on your back using your legs there is absolutely no position where it doesn't slip and snap back into your face.. I purchased this to aid in my leg rehab. (UPDATE} I changed training footwear to water shoes they work with footstraps but after 4 sessions the plastic end on the pedal side blew out can't repair I've returned it

Removal bands and I use it for the stomach and arms...feels strong to last a while
