Delicious but thick.
Taste is unbelievably superb. Am disappointed in consistency of honey. There was a “skin.” on top of honey and it is not creamy as I thought it would be. It is like a thick paste. Takes a while to melt.

Not unique enough enough in my opinion
Sure, it's good, but it's not unique enough to justify the price. Is this honey more difficult/time consuming for the beekeeper to collect and market? Or are they just charging more because of its rarity? Not a fan if it's the latter.
