Perfect for 24 V PoE
I use this on a boat, powering a Ubiquiti Bullet M2. Works perfectly.

Great way to start a wifi extender on the boat
This works great! Just need to make sure I keep it dry cause its not built for a marine environment. But its a great way to power up a string of POE gear off a 12V system. Running a router, an extender and a POE web cam all on one ethernet string and its doing perfectly.

Powers Ubiquiti NBE-M5-16 great with much lower energy consumption
I've only had it in service about a day running a Ubiquiti NBE-M5-16Ubiquiti NBE-M5-16 High-Performance airMAX Bridge NanoBeam M5 16dBi, but it dropped the electrical draw from my solar charged battery from 2.2 amps (small inverter powering POE injector) to 0.2~0.3 amps running the same Ubiquity bridge. I'm hoping that this saves me from internet outages this winter. My DSL Modem is powered by a small DC-DC converter and draws about 0.5~0.6 amps.

So far so good powering USIP
While powering a USIP P2P this works great, has a little heat which is my only concern in the long run. But works fine and solid in a solar unit we have with a LIPO battery. Will update as the time goes on.

It just works.
I used this unit to connect a router requiring 24 volts to my 12 volt system. It has been in operation for two years with no problem.

Does the DC to DC thing like a pro. Also generates RF hash like a pro.
Purchased to provide wide area WiFi for outdoor amateur radio event. Our portable power systems are 12v typically so needed to bump the 12v to 48v to provide POE for an access point. The RF noise out of this thing is off the hook. Completely destroys majority of the HF bands if it is anywhere near your radios or antenna systems. Not sure if this actually a power supply that pretends to be a radio, or if is in fact an RF jamming device that happens to also do DC to DC conversion.

As advertised, simple as that
Not much more to say than it is a solid product, seems well made, and it works as designed without any difficulty.

Works at 12V, works better at 24V
I used this in a solar 12V system to do PoE for two Ubiquiti G3 Flex cams, a Unifi Mesh access point and a Unifi Nano Outdoor switch. On battery power loss and reset, I started having issues with one or the other cameras not restarting properly. I had them on an AC injector before with .6A output before. I then changed to a 24V output solar setup and the issues went away.Works ok with 12V input power setup, but I feel the power output is not as high as using the 24V input power setup. With shutoffs now, everything powers up fine without issue. Expensive compared to standard 120V AC PoE Injectors.
