Belt feels very tight.
Overall a good golf aid.

Make sure of the size, if you use a midsized grip this grip won't suit you.
The training band is good, the training grip on the other hand is not so good, I fitted this grip to an 8iron, its not a grip for an adult, soon as you put the hands in place on the grip everything feels cramped, my left hand pad is slightly over the end of the butt of the club, I'll try it but!! I think it will be coming off the training club.
