Preferred Popcorn Non-GMO Popcorn, 28 Ounce bag, Pack of 4, 30 Servings Per Bag

I am amazed at.how good this popcorn is! I was originally concerned because the product details said butter flavored, but there is no flavoring on it, just pure popcorn. I popped them on the stove top with some olive oil, and the kernels were big, light and fluffy, not tough like some others. I was initially drawn to this product because it stated that it was non gmo. Still looking for an organic version.

We like it better than the big-name brands and almost all of the smaller "Amish" or "craft" type ones. It is my favorite. My wife usually prefers the white variety (smaller, supposedly less hull-less but I don't see that), but she said this is her second favorite regardless of white or yellow out of all of the brands we have tried over the years. It has become our house brand for our home theater. It does really well in an air popper. The white popcorn tends to have a number of kernels that fly out of the machine since they are smaller and weigh less. These do no. This brand also usually pops more of them as well - other brands seems to leave a few in the bottom of the air popper that then explode and launch other unpopped ones into your bowl, which then themselves explode, blowing out half your bowl of popped corn. These do not do that :-) The back story on this brand is that they supply movie theater houses and during the pandemic decided to sell to consumers too since movie going is way down. I am glad they did! The only negative (and a minor one at that) is that the bag has a ziplock seal that doe snot span the entire width of the bag, making it a little hard to pour into the small measuring cup that comes as part f the air popper. I solved that by opening the bag and pouring the corn into a plastic tub (tupperware)

I love home-popped popcorn, so am glad to have a healthier alternative to the store brands. All the kernels appear normal and fresh, and I get nearly 100% popped kernels when using with unrefined coconut oil. My one peeve is there's usually more hull material than I prefer to chew on after popping.

I watched a video on movie theater popcorn, where the person visited several theaters in NY and found that most used the same ingredients (not sure if it was true but I gave the recipe a try anyway). The ingredients are as follows: Preferred Popcorn (99% kernels popped and the flavor was really good), Flavacol Popcorn Salt (only a little is needed - great seasoning salt), and Golden Barrel Butter Flavored Coconut Oil (Great flavor - taste like butter; not oil). I would have to say that it was the closest recipe to theater popcorn I've every tasted. I will purchase these ingredients again.

Fast shipping, popcorn pops big and hulless

I usually only buy organic, but made a mistake and ordered a ton of this. USA corn is full of pesticides, chemicals. The flavor is fine, the % pop i maybe 10% below other growres I have used. Be CAREFULL,( as with any/all corn) the incomplete pop fraction generates hard semi/partial pop kernels that may bust your teeth.

Shipping was fast and packaging was superior. Opening the individual packages is a little complicated but once I figured it out it made sense. Now to the popcorn itself. I eat popcorn just about every night and I like orange juice with it (I know I know but the citrus and salt are a great combo). I am 82 years old and have had many different systems and ways to cook my popcorn. I have found the glass popcorn popper in the microwave is the best for my tastes. This popcorn popped into the biggest and tastiest corn that I have found. All corn has kernels but this popcorn had the least of any I have eaten. It was super tender, super sweet and all I wanted to do was to pop more. I will be ordering all my popcorn from this company,
