Do these have a flat bottom so a pool of water doesn't form in the dishwasher?

love these juice glasses, they are basically flat, very, very small indent from rim to bottom of glass. not much water can sit on these glasses in the dishwasher; and Ive never noticed any on mine.

Do these glasses stack, or does the bee get in the way?

No, not well. The bees are not a problem, but the rim of glass at the bottom does not stack into the bottom glass properly.

Can you serve hot coffee in the glassware?

The glass is very thick, and it would probably be okay. With any type of hot liquid in glass you want to be careful of thermal shock. I would put hot water in the glasses to heat them up before pouring in the coffee to be on the safe side.
