Well made easy grip knitting needles.
These Prym Circular styled needles have become my favorite knitting needles. They are lightweight, the points are tapered so it is easy to move stitches and ergonomic grip makes for easy movement and less stress on hands and wrists. The needles are excellent quality and I’ve had my smaller sized ones for three years now and have been very pleased. This is my fourth pair, so now have, 4, 5, 6, and 7.

I like these.
They work for me in a lot of different ways. I am an intermediate yarner and crocheted. I can get under the stitch easier. And it picks up the yarn easier. It doesn't split the yarn into strands. Dropped stitches don't happen very often and they are easier to catch. I have tried circular needles before and didn't like them. They will hold your stitches high on the needle easier. The cables are really nice. Thinking of getting an interchangeable set (after I save up for it). They are expensive, and in my opinion well worth it. Only 4 stars because there is a slight step-up between the cable and the needle the yarn catches on slightly.

Best knitting needles ever
Honestly, I seldom write reviews. However, these are truly the best knitting needles I’ve ever used. I’m ready to replace all of my Addis. I needed a set of needles delivered overnight and these were the only ones available for that. I began my project immediately. These are ever so slightly flexible and the tips are a bit longer and flatter (as in not angled – see the picture), so the combination of these two things keeps the yarn from sliding off the ends. I can’t believe it but I’m knitting faster and more easily than I ever have before. You won’t regret buying these!

Great for beginners but cord snags
This Prym knitting needle did help me learn to knit. I'm a crocheter who learned to knit so moving the yarn from one needle to the other was difficult. The tips of these absolutely helped me figure out the movements. The major downfall is that the cord snags my yarn. I bought a second one thinking maybe the first was defective, but it happened again. All in all, these are great for beginners, but if you know how to knit, these will probably just be frustrating.

Prym Circular, just what I've been looking for.
I've been knitting for 45 years. Way back in the beginning I invested in Susan Bates all Nylon circular needles in as many sizes as I could find because they were so comfortable to me. They were 100% nylon, not just the cord but the needles too. Unfortunately they are no longer made. One of my most used sizes is 7. Finally my Nylon size 7 has developed a frayed area where the cord meets a needle. So for a couple years I've been unsuccessfully searching for a replacement size 7 that works for me (tried metal round and square needles, bamboo, plastic and wood). Recently I started a project needing size 7 and have gone through all of my reject 7s that were hurting my 73 year old hands. I thought I'd look on Amazon and see what might work. I believe I've found what I needed in the Prym Circular. Warm to my hands, has a slight give, points are not too sharp to hurt my fingers while knitting, wonderful cord that doesn't curl, stitches slide easily enough. I just now bought an additional size 7, when you find what works you need more than one. If you're trying to replace an old Susan Bates Nylon, give these a try.
