This is a great and convenient solution. It connects the flush port of my Yamaha 90 without any issues. It’s much easier than using ear muffs. It works perfectly. Simply fill it up and connect it to your hose. You can also use it to spray your boat, giving it a few different uses. I would highly recommend you give it a try.

Bought this to attach to hose and wash down my outboard and boat. Somewhat surprised at the rate that it depleted the Salt Away. Not upset, just surprised it didn't last longer. No obvious way to adjust consumption rate

This gadget is awesome for using to clean saltwater off of my pontoon boat after being on the water. I have read reviews about it being cheaply made and breaks easy. I have been using it for over a year with no problems. I don't drop it on the ground or abuse it, so maybe that helps to keep it from breaking. It is perfect for spraying saltwater cleaning solution on my boat and saves me a lot of time by not having to apply it by hand. I highly recommend and will definitely purchase again if the one I have ever stops working for some reason.

If you own a RV you know bleaching you water lines yearly is recommended. This tool make the process super easy. Simply put bleach in the cup, connect one end to a garden hose, connect the other end directly to the RV, and your good to go. I filled the cup about half way with bleach and went to it. The outside connection did leak a little, but I only need to run the bleaching process for about 5 min to get bleach in the lines and then we are done. Once water comes out each faucet (hot and cold side) I let them sit for about 5 min then run a little more water and let sit again. This way I keep injecting fresh bleach into the system. This is definitely the easiest way to bleach the lines and cheapest. If you use your freshwater tank for drydocking, you will still need to fill your fresh tank and add bleach to sanitize, but we never dry dock so direct connection is fine for us.

The screw threads on the cap holder explode from hose pressure or simply dripping the hose from your hand. The first unit it happened to i considered it my fault , I dropped from my hand wile washing the boat and the fluid container literally exploded out of the screwing holder. How hard of an impact could that have been ! Same impact as dropping the garden hose out of your hand ! But , so be it , I purchased another one. Wile washing the boat the hose untangled itself wile on the ground and with the applicator attached to it . It span around and once again the container suffered from a mild impact , exploding out of the holder. When I inspected the two damaged units I noticed both had the threads inside the cap torn apart ! Either extremely cheap or just my bad luck with two units , but I would bet my money on the first

I bought this to use with Salt terminator. Works great and keeps my boat engine clear of salt and corrosion.
