Is it 10kg per clip max weight it can take or 10kg total?

Our mirror fixing kit is 2 sets and 8 pieces, a set of 4 clamps has a load of 10kg.

what is the distance from wall to edge of clip when fixed to wall in other words how far do they stick out from wall!

From wall the clips holding mirror in place stand about 15mm from wall.

Are these hangers shinny as Chrome?

Yes they are very shiny like chrome.

Are they ok to fit a circular mirror

Depends to some extent on the circumference and the thickness of the mirror. The smaller the less snug. They are really designed for a square or rectangular mirror and would not provide a neat fit to a circle with only one part of the edge resting on the metal securing plate. Though they would probably hold it more or less securely it may not be very elegant.
