Does what it says

What they don't tell you is that the block of sharpeners can be reversed to use left-handed or right-handed so the text on the block can be read from both positions. It looks to be strongly-made too. The sharpening action looks to be very powerful in that if you press the knife too hard, it actually results in slivers of steel falling onto the table.... whether from the blade, or from the sharpener, I'm not sure. I use the device in the left-handed mode as I AM left-handed. The material looks to be very strong with no flexure. I'm very pleased with it so far and the price is a marvellous deal. We'll see how it performs in the long term and if there's any issues appearing, I'll update this review.

Good product.

Per the title, this does the job well for me. Knives come out sharp! Fits away in my standard height drawers alongside rolling pins and other utensils, so is a decent size for storage.

I thought u would take a punt on this knife sharpening tool, the price was decent enough but as the saying goes "you only get what you pay for". In short and in my opinion it doesn't sharpen knives as good as stated and while using the tool it is very unstable and because of this it could possibly be dangerous to the user if not careful. I would send the item back but for what it cost it is not worth the hassle. I personally would not recommend this item and have only given it 3 stars because of the prompt delivery.

Dead easy to use with a few minutes of practice. I wasn’t sure which of the three segments to use, so worked my way from coarse to fine and the blade turned out great. For reference, this was on a Leatherman pocket-knife. I’ve not used it on anything else, but would happily recommend it as a decent knife sharpener.

Good does the job

Actually saw someone on come dine with me using this and went looking here for one lol. My knives have been dire for a long time but this is very easy to use and my knives can actually cut tomatos again! Only thing is the 3 grits I'm not sure which one i should be using. Great over all tho thank you!

I was doubtful whether I can use it and whether it will work or not. But my husband has sharpened 2 knives successfully. It's great on its first performance
