So far, so good...
The box itself was pretty easy to assemble although it was hard to tell which side was the outside versus the inside. Maybe it doesn't matter? I used the acid-free storage box and acid-free paper to store my wedding dress. I felt like the "wedding dress preservation" services were way overpriced. I only paid $200 for the dress and didn't feel like paying $100 or more to "preserve" a non-silk dress made sense. The dress itself was made of washable materials so I just washed it inside-out in my washer using wool-lite on the gentle setting, let it air dry, and then pressed it with an iron before storing it wrapped in the acid-free paper in this acid-free box.I guess only time will tell how well this works, but it seems like if such a box works to store keepsake blankets and quilts that it should work the same for a dress. I plan to take the dress out once a year to air out and refold so it doesn't develop any stretching at the creases.

When A wedding dress preservation kit fails....
I bought a wedding gown preservation kit from Davids bridal... It looked pretty but my cat clawed the plastic and opened it up, making it useless within minutes. I was so upset. After searching and thinking and researching a lot about how I can preserve my dress so it doesn't get dirty or turn yellow, I needed something that was also pretty large because it has a very long train. I found this and am so glad I did. It fits very nicely and had enough paper to cover and line the whole dress.

Nice but only fits one queen size quilt
I have several quilts that I had been storing flat on our guest bed. I had a bout with the flu recently and it was quite a task for my husband to make the guest bed useable. So I wanted to find a safe way to store the quilts out of the way. I ordered this box thinking it might fit two quilts, one queen size and one full size. It only fits one queen size quilt. I'm a little disappointed because the cost is a bit high to store only one quilt. I've ordered additional boxes but if there were a larger or cheaper alternative I would have used it instead.

Design could be better...
Overall the box is okay. I got two to help my mom organize her quilt collection. Seller sent them quickly and they came in good condition. Putting the box together is a breeze. They fit four or five baby quilts or two full size or queen size quilts. I didn't give this box a better score because of the design. The lid has two tabs that fold into the box so you really have to be careful with how you fold your quilts or linens, other wise they will get crushed, defeating the purpose of the box. Acid free boxes are expensive, so for the price its a okay good deal, but I would spend a little more and look on different websites like gaylord dot com. This is definitely not a museum quality storage box.

I like the acid free storage box
I liked the size of the box because it fit all my childrens linen baby clothes and blankets I am keeping for their kids. The only thing I was not to happy about was that the back of the box would not stay shut. I would have like it better for my purpose if it came as two separate pieces so that the top lid fit completely over the bottom like a regular gift box. Otherwise I was very happy with the product

Excellent Kit
While cleaning closets, I found my wedding dress (which is some years old) and wanted to preserve it. I liked the size of this storage box and the fact that it had the acid-free tissue included in one nice kit. I ordered because of the size and convenience.I would reccomend this box for anyone wanting to preserve keepsakes. I gave it a four because I would have preferred that it sealed better, however I used packing tape to seal the edges.

Great acid free storage
I found my grandmother's wedding dress that she made for her 1893 wedding in Ohio. It was in a cardboard box in the basement, and had been wet. After I cleaned it, I ordered the acid free box and acid free tissue to preserve the dress from further damage. Also in the box was my great-aunts christening dress (she died in 1898) and there was enough tissue to also wrap and store it. The box fits under the bed for easy storage and is out of the way. Thanks for the great product, and the quick shipment and delivery.

Perfect for my Wedding Dress
After doing extensive research about preserving my wedding dress, I purchased this acid-free box with tissue paper. My size-20 wedding dress fits snugly (train and petticoat, too). There was plenty of tissue paper included to help wrap everything well. 2 years later, so far so good. I only gave it 4 stars because it was so darned expensive.
