This set was recommended by my therapist to help relive muscle tension and achieve myofascial release.- Perform the same function as the glass cups with fire, sans the need for fire- The squeeze suction makes it easier to use (reach) on more areas of your own body- Can also be dragged along your muscles to treat in strips, instead of just a stationary spot- Multiple sizes allow use in a variety of locations, from the feet (small cup) to the back (large cup)I highly recommend using oil or lotion in conjunction with these cups, especially when sliding them across the skin. That will make them easier to slide/drag around and will reduce the chance of skin irritation.Keep in mind that this can be a rather uncomfortable process, but the end result is well worth it, in my opinion. Stationary use works amazingly well on muscle “knots.” Dragging works best on ropes/bumpy feeling muscles. If treatment is too uncomfortable during use, reduce how much “squeeze” you use when placing the cups - less compression while placing them correlates with a more gentle treatment. Bruising or hickey-appearing skin is normal.

This came a day early and as soon as I got it, I opened and used. I've been struggling with sciatic and muscle pain on my lower back/hip area and about a couple of hours after use, the pain minimized then later, I can completely move/rotate and no pain just slightly sore. Will definitely be adding this to my weekly regimen, highly recommend. They are pretty self explanatory- it's best to use oil and make sure you press down on the cup for the best suction, leave on for about 5-8 minutes. If you have inflammation, tension or pain, these are a must for a DIY.

This set works well but I didn't pay attention to the sizes listed in the description. Pictures are misleading. Their large is 3" x 2.2" and their medium is 2.4" x 1.8" . I am used to a large cup at 3.5" x 4.5" & a medium 2" x 3.25. So not exactly what I was looking for. These are soft and easy to manipulate and work well for massage cupping. The suction was good as well. I decided not to keep them because I needed something slightly different. These are a good price and work well. Just make sure they are the size you need.

These suction cups are great to have at home for flare ups. We use them on our low back, legs, neck, pretty much anywhere we have muscle aches. Just make sure to use either lotion or body oil to let the cups glide without pulling your skin. You might have some redness or bruising from it but it definitely helps with the muscle aches! The different sizes are great for targeting different areas. The smaller size for more focused suction (neck, shoulders) to the larger ones for legs, full back, etc

This is such a great value. The cups are very well made and durable. I have used both the stationary method and the massaging method. Both methods have great suction. I use coconut oil as a lubricant and it works well. I have been using them for a couple of weeks now and I have definitely noticed the appearance of my skin improving. Definitely recommend!

I’m new to cupping, but have found that I’m able to adjust the suction for different areas of my body. By squeezing them all the way down, it gets very intense. I also love that these fit inside of each other. They’re easier to pack away when they’re nested like that. I’ve also used them 6-7 times and they still look and feel brand new. I’m using them for cellulite reduction. I’ve used them regularly for the past week and haven’t seen major results, but I know it takes time! It definitely feels like it’s doing something.

The clear version of this brand of cups are much easier to use and can be squeezed much more easily than the blue opaque ones. Quality is good from this brand, but I prefer the softer ones.

These work really well. To get them to cup properly to the skin takes a few tries but you'll know when you have it!

Advised to use it for surgical scar release. The cup material was very thick, rigid and almost impossible to get significant suction on skin. Was advised to use another brand by doctor.
