Pixel 4a Case

Tl;dr: I think this is a great case for the money. It's well made, comfortable to hold, and comes in an assortment of good colors. I definitely recommend it. I got this a month or so ago and have enjoyed it so far. The button covers on the side are shiny silver-colored plastic and poke out a bit far from the rest of the case - some people will like this, some people won't. I like them, myself - I'm very neutral on the silver but I like the way they feel and how solidly they click. My last few pixel 4a cases have been caseology pallax, which I also liked, but there are only two fun colors. There were several good color options for this case, my favorite being "blush" (which is really more of a warm coral). The picture on Amazon and the irl case look about the same, so the color wasn't misconstrued, in that sense, but blush isn't the name for this color. I haven't had any big drops with this case but my phone has definitely fallen off the kitchen table onto the vinyl floor, off my desk onto the industrial carpet, from my pocket to the grassy ground, and the like. So far, it has clattered instead of shattered and I'm well pleased. The front has a bit of a lip to protect the screen ans the material is very comfortable. The back/sides is lightly textured and the darker smooth part is... Smooth. Nicely so. The review page prompts me to rate the "fingerprint reader" so I assume it means the cut out for the reader, which is perfectly sized. There's a bit of phone back visible around the sensor but that's how it has to be to make the hole an appropriate size to touch your finger to the sensor. I've had no issues accessing the fingerprint reader. (no issues with the reader itself, either, but that's a phone review) It has gotten a bit dirty right in the lip around the screen and back corners but whatcha gonna do 🤷🏼 In my experience, cases never stay clean and I don't really care. Maybe it'll come clean with a lysol wipe or a magic eraser - and maybe it won't. I care much more about having a fun color than not showing dirt; if I wanted it to stay clean, I'd have gotten black from the get go.

Overall very attractive case and nice feel. It looks high quality and I enjoy the size of the buttons. The mint is a bit lighter and more blue than it appears in the photo which I really love. I do agreed with others that the lip on the front screen is almost non-existent (see picture). While there is a thin lip there, because the hard frame doesn't come up around the buttons for the right side of the phone the rubber layer isn't held firmly in place so theres a bit of wiggle room. It makes that side of the case feel a bit less secure and I wouldn't be surprised if the phone became damaged if it were to land a fall on that side on case. For $10 I think this case is absolutely excellent for it's price point and it will be an excellent place holder if I need to replace it with something more heavy duty later.

Started falling apart after five years; part of the frame around the power socket cracked off, and the area around the power button has loosened enough that the button keeps falling out. Otherwise, nice case; good texture and thickness.

I recently purchased the new Google Pixel 4A. Due to this I was in need of a new case to protect the phone. The two parts of this case have so far done a good job of protecting the phone. The fit is good, the openings all line up for ease of use. The inner case is softer & more flexible to provide a soft cushion around the phone. The harder outer case provides a durable shell. The case is easy to use, sized to allow use of a screen protector and has a nice, snug fit on the phone. Great product at a very good price.

Love this!!! Ive been using this for eight months and it has held up incredibly well. I've dropped my phone in water, dropped it on concrete more times than I can count, I've stepped on it, I've left it in the sun. I have cracked an OtterBox case, and nearly every other case I've ever used, but this case has protected my phone through it all. It doesn't slip off, it fits the sensors, camera, and buttons perfectly on my pixel 4a. My only complaint is that the paint has been coming off of the buttons for months, which makes it look kind of cheap. Overall this was good for the price and I'd buy again.

I've had this phone case a few months now and I'm really happy with it! First and foremost, I wanted a case that was going to protect my phone, and I wanted it to look cute and not like an armored tank while doing it. The color is holding perfectly (I have the purple) and it has just the right amount of grip to feel secure in my hands, even as I'm pulling it out of my pocket. Some other reviews mentioned it getting caught on pockets pulling it out but I haven't had any issues with it. I really like the side buttons that stick out. Some other reviews complained that they were silver plastic.....so what? They're very easy to find, even in the dark, and I like the "sturdiness" when you push them. I use my phone a LOT and at least at this point, there's no signs of the finish of the buttons wearing off. At 3mm, this phone also has one of the deeper bezels around the screen. I have a glass screen protector on it as well and the bezel of the case still just barely sticks up over the screen protector. I've dropped my phone several times from various heights onto our tile floors and carpet and it's been just fine.

I usually go with a different company for my Android phone cases but this Crave case really caught my eye. I liked the color choices and open for the first green. My 4a is boring black so I wanted a unique color. I had a Pixel 3a before and the case I used on that was a great case. The only complaint I had was difficult to press volume buttons. It was hard to find the volume buttons on the case because the buttons were flush with the case. Lots of accidental power button pushing, and hard to distinguish between volume up and down. This Crave Pixel 4a case solved that issue beautifully. It offers resided chrome looking buttons for the power and volume buttons. Crave separated the buttons too. They are tactle and clicky. Very nice. The back of the case has a grippy, matte feeling. It already makes it a lot easier to hold without worrying about the phone slipping out of your hand. It has like a geometric design if you look closely. The Crave case also has a recessed hole for the fingerprint sensor that slopes down gradually, guiding your finger to the sensor. It also has a cutout for the camera, protecting it from edges and falls. The Crave case has all the necessary cutout for ports, mics, speakers, etc. It features a two piece design, with a soft black plastic frame that creates the phone and then about harder, out plastic piece, which is forest green for me, and that snaps into the back of the black case. So you get a two tone effect with black around there edges and the secondary color on the back and around the edges.

This case is perfect. It's done an excellent job protecting my phone without being bulky and annoying. The fingerprint scanner is not obstructed at all, and the headphone jack and charging port are easy to get to. I've dropped my phone a few times in this case and it did a great job protecting it. It hasn't cracked at all which is great because I'm pretty accident prone. My only issues are the volume and power buttons are kinda awkward and needlessly large, it's hard not to press them when just holding the phone normally. The other issues is the texture isn't very easy to hold on to. It's kind of like a brushed silicone and it's a little slippery, so it's slipped out of my hands a few times.

Got this case about 2 years ago and it's still in excellent condition. Take it on construction site and everywhere.

Es cómoda pero su diseño de botones se nota un tanto anticuado. Si te gustan los colores no hay problema.

Power button on the side is really loose almost like it's going to fall off, either way I love the texture and colour it's a really good quality case with a good grip. Il definely buy another but in a different colour
